Introduced in June 2009, the MacBook (Mid 2009) was a modest speed-bump of the existing MacBook (Early 2009). The processor speed was increased by 6.5% to 2.13 GHz, and the hard disk capacity was increased by 33% to 160 GB. The MacBook (Mid 2009) shipped in a single $999 configuration, with 2 GB of RAM. It was replaced in October 2009 by the MacBook (Late 2009)
